The Drama Queen

I thought you'd enjoy a little glimpse of what we do around these parts for entertainment.

Let me set the scene; any time I blow dry my hair, Kean makes a beeline for the bathroom.

Tonight, our good friends, Elly and Ron Moomey brought dinner over.

We used to regularly take turns having dinner at each other's houses... but with

Kean sick... we can't go to their house with their dog.

So Elly made the most scrumptious dinner-- Indonesian food and we partied at our house.

Last week at a church activity, Greer made a Valentine's box that we have been filling with Valentines for each other.



 Tonight we had a grand time opening the box and reading the love letters.

Reese drew pictures for everyone. Kean got his first and seemed quite thrilled.

 Then Miss Greer started reading each of the Valentines and acting them out...

or shall we say over-acting them out.

That is, until Elly took over and read the Valentine written to Greer.

We all laughed so hard at Greer's theatrics.

Especially when she favors us with little gems like this:

I just love drama.  It is so dramatic.

I'll let you ponder on that one for the night.

We head to the ol' hospital tomorrow.

Our boy will be fasting.  Let's just hope his counts are high enough

so we can get the show on the road.

Although, Greer's show tonight was quite entertaining.
