Safe and Somewhat Sound

Kean and I are not much worse for the wear after our little fender bender yesterday.
The girl hit us so hard, you can practically see each number from her license plate imprinted onto my bumper.
We are lucky we weren't really hurt.  I'm a bit stiff but fine.  Kean was grouchola today-- but that's how he always
is the day after Chemo.
His hair continues to be... well, um, interesting.
All the hair he lost in the back is slowly starting to grow back in.
He still has his awesome comb over though....
The top part is hanging tough, just like our boy!
So one of Byron's best friends from way back sent him a package last night.
It contained the camera he had bought her years ago as a thank you present for overseeing our last catalogue for our business.  She has since moved on to shoot professionally and moved up in the camera department (www.wendydreaney.com  -- if you'd like to see some candy for the eyes).  Anyway, Byron and the girls went crazy shooting 85 pictures in probably 10 minutes.

Here's a rare one of the two of us since usually one of us is behind the lens.
We went out to dinner last night-- a real date.  We've turned a huge corner,
one of our own (Holland) is finally old enough (and responsible enough) to leave
in charge for a few.  Of course, we had to get home to change Kean's diaper and give him
his shot-- but it's a start.
