Our family's never ending roller coaster ride. With a son dealing with cancer, Down's and Autism, life is far from dull.

Seriously, she might dislike you now for it, but I was forced to have lessons until I was 16 and I am grateful for that "really hard shove" that my mom gave me. I love playing the piano and someday she will too.
Wow ... something to look forward to!
I wish I could play the piano. I can play other instruments, but not the piano. I am a two fingered keyboard player. You should make her stick with it.
Such pain and suffering... and in Idaho? Who knew?
My daughter Brittany brags to this day that she was the only one of my children to successfully present her argument to quit piano lessons. I'm not saying that's what you should let her do, but I love that note!
My 8 yo son posts notes on his door as well and I don't make him practice the piano. And, as much as he protests practicing handwriting or completing his reading log; he loves to write and post notes. Sometimes they are in protest and sometimes they are requests. I like Holland's new glasses, by the way. And, congrats on her certificate at school. That is a good accomplishment.
hahahahahahahaha
Whoever thought you would be a "forcer"? My, my. Lots of drama from that darling girl, huh? At least she feels like she can express her angst! Don't you dare let her quit the piano! She will never forgive you later...promise.
Hang in there and have her stick with it. I think piano is becoming a lost art. She will appreciate it later. (Remind me of this when I get to the same point, okay?)
